About The Mindful Hub
The Mindful Hub has been created by Keith & Susan Slaney! Together, they had a vision of a shared space where they could work together, combine their passions and share with others a space that is a little bit different to what you might normally find.

As a neurodivergent household they have found numerous challenges when being out and about themselves and with their children.

At The Mindful Hub they try to create a space that will hopefully work for everyone.

Keith spent many years working in IT around London & Berkshire and eventually, like many northerners, felt the call to return home to the North East.

Keith has had exensive experience in many industries over the years, and brings all this knowledge together with Susan to create The Mindful Hub.

He will soon be delivering a 5 week evening training course to help parents of autistic children to support them in a neuroaffirming way.
This course is different to many available in that it offers an alternative to traditional training, focusing on acceptance, understanding, and practical tools to foster relationships rather than managing behaviours.

Keith is passionate about his family and creating a world that caters for his childrens needs in order for them to thrive.

His other passion is coffee! At The Mindful Hub, there will always be a good cuppa waiting to be brewed fresh from his favourite beans, and if you love to chat coffee, you'll make his day!

There'll also be a good selection of quality teapigs teas, soft drinks, and a range of snacks and treats to cater for most dietary requirements.

They've carefully selected products from Pumphreys Coffee, Teapigs, Northumbrian Bakehouse, and Wilde Bakes and other selected suppliers to ensure that you remember your visit for all the right reasons.
